Here is a breeding property with scale, as well as secondary income from timber. This 995Ha property is located 27km West of Kingaroy, in the Chapingah area. Well watered by a new 50,000 gallon tank supplied by a share bore [1200 gallons/hr that will have agreement in place] that gravity feeds to eight outlets and could service many more with further reticulation. This property is ideally suited to breeding cows and timber harvesting. It has a long term carrying capacity of 180 cows and calves prior to new water scheme being implemented, owner suggested 200 cows and calves now.
