A legal declaration about the food safety of your cattle. It is vital that all information on this declaration is true and correct. This includes how long you have owned the cattle; if they have been treated with a hormonal growth promotant; if they have been fed by product feed like cotton trash; and if they are in a withholding period or export slaughter interval. Failing to answer the questions on the declaration truthfully can result in severe consequences.

This can be filled out via an NVD book or online through the eNVD portal or app.
